WHAT IT IS
VACY GoldenGlow Balancing and Brightening Vitamin C Toner is a gentle toner enriched with lemon fruit oil, and grape fruit peel oil which loads it with vitamin C, that’s real potent Ascorbic acid and antioxidant agent in this liquid toner.
WHAT IT DOES
- Vitamin C and antioxidant: Helps in stabilizing and neutralizing free radicals, that’s fighting and protecting bacterial skin infections in detoxifying reactions by forming collagen in skin tissues.
- Unblocks Pores: Removes dirty, residue impurities left after cleansing your face that block skin pores or constricts pores and prevents redness.
- Balance and Brighten: Provides balance and brighten the skin by fading away dull skin or controls melanin production. Gives a youthful soft bright, glowing look.
- Hydration: This light-weight high water content formula hydrates and evens the skin while nourishing it throughout the day.

HOW USE
After cleansing, use a clean cotton pad to apply generously over face and neck, move to the next step immediately.

Returns Policy
You may return items in its original conditional (new), unopened both box & bottle within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We NOT pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
