VACY GoldenGlow Balancing and Brightening Vitamin C Toner is a gentle toner enriched with lemon fruit oil, and grape fruit peel oil which loads it with vitamin C, that’s real potent Ascorbic acid and antioxidant agent in this liquid toner.

WHAT IT DOES

HOW USE
